El Camino Real de los Tejas National Historic Trail Act - Amends the National Trails System Act to designate El Camino Real de los Tejas (the Trail) as a National Historic Trail. Authorizes the establishment of the Trail on portions of the National Historic Trail on: (1) publicly-owned lands; and (2) privately-owned lands only with the consent of the landowner.

Requires the Secretary of the Interior to administer the Trail and to consult with State and local agencies in the planning and development of the Trail.

Authorizes the Secretary to coordinate activities relating to the Trail with U.S. and Mexican public and non-governmental organizations and other entities.

Prohibits the acquisition of lands for the Trail outside the federally-administered area without the consent of the landowner.
