Summary

Revises the boundary of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore to include specified land when title to such land has vested in the United States. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire such land only by purchase from a willing seller. Bars the Secretary from acquiring any of such land through any exchange or conveyance of lands that are within the boundary of the Lakeshore.
