Amends the National Advisory Committee on Oceans and Atmosphere Act of 1977 to permit members of the National Advisory Committee on Oceans and Atmosphere to serve after the expiration of their term only until a successor has taken office. Revises the amount of compensation such members are entitled to receive while engaged in the performance of the duties of the Committee.
Authorizes appropriations to carry out the purposes of such Act for fiscal year 1982.
