Summary
The Congressional Research Service’s plain-language summary of what the law does.
Corrects a technical error in the original official map of the John H. Chafee Coastal Barrier Resources System Matagorda Peninsula Unit T07/T07P by replacing it with a new official map (that excludes the Matagorda Dunes Homesites Subdivision, in Matagorda County, Texas, from that Unit of the System).
Directs the Secretary of the Interior to keep such replacement map on file and available for inspection in accordance with the Coastal Barrier Resources Act.
